Slow download upload fine on wifi (peak hour)

Hi,

I have slow download speed but upload speed fine on wifi 8.30pm-11.30pm.

My package is 300Mbps, i can get full speed on both download and upload via LAN.
Iphone 6 with 5G signal can get around 250Mbps on both up and down speed.
Ipad air with 5G signal can get around 120Mbps on both up and down speed.
Asus laptop with 2.4G signal can get around 90Mbps up and down.

When peak hour like 8.30pm to 11.30m i only able get 30x-70x download speed but upload is fine, but with LAN cable the speed for up and down is full speed

Ipad air with 5G signal get around 30Mbps download but upload still 120Mbps.
Asus laptop with 2.4G signal get around 50Mbps download but upload still 90Mbps.

when iphoen and ipad speedtest on the same time, both of can get stable 30Mbps download

My router is RT AC68u
Method i already try as below
-turn off ff Qos
-change wifi channel
-turn off 2.4G sinal and test on 5G speed
-disable all router protection setting
-reset router
-check connecting device
-flash marlin firmware


The problem still here, but is only on peak hour...

Any one can help regarding this issue?

"Mb" in your message is what?
Speed of tests with Speedtest.net (That's Megabytes/sec (MBps)?
Indicated connection speed of WiFi device? That's raw WiFi bit rate on the air; net yield is typ. 60%.


My ISP's speed given me ($$$) is 100/10 Mbps (bits/sec). My Galaxy S6 gets that speed one room away, with my stock low cost ASUS 11n router, as measured by Speedtest.net and my chosen nearby best server.

I test with speedtest.net app, for laptop and LAN is speedtest.net webpage.
All test is done in same room.
