Slow Network Speeds

First of all I'm new here and I hope this is the right place. I'm having some problems with low network speeds with my RT-AC68P. I recently got access to a fiber connection and I'm signed up for a 1 gigabit connection, both up and down. Although I'm having some issues with my upload my speeds through my router aren't even close to what I get plugged straight into my ethernet port. Straight into the wall I get about 850/90 but when I go through my router i'm only getting about 375/5. I don't have any problems with the cables plugging straight in but when I add my router into the mix everything goes downhill. I've tried a few different versions of merlin, even trying the backported security fixes fork, getting these slow speeds. I've got QoS off and HW acceleration on, I've tried different ports, everything is connected at 1gb. Any ideas?
