Slow wireguard speeds on BE86U only on boot (3006.102.3)

Hi All, I have done a lot of testing on how to improve the VPN speeds over wireguard. Observation is that on every single reboot, the VPN will connect automatically as designed, however the speeds will be exactly limited to 150 Mbps. I have to manual disconnect and reconnect to get over 800 Mbps of speed. This is over a wired connection. Similar observation is over wireless as well. I believe there is some kind of a bug in the router. I have done a factory reset with the downgrade option to see if this issue goes away.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I get almost the exact same results on the router's internal speedtest. My PC is on a hardwired connection to the router.

I performed 5 reboots and on every boot, the speed is limited to 150 mbps. There is something off with the firmware in reference to wireguard speeds on boot. I've tried it with another provider's file and get the same slow results. I wonder if it is a hardware issue but I doubt it. I wonder if it would be possible to add a delay for vpn start?
