Do you mean the values displayed on the DNS Filter page (which are stored in NVRAM) or the currently active iptables rules?

DNS Filter doesn't "push" anything to the clients. The router intercepts the clients' DNS queries and redirects them as appropriate.

Please, how do you see that chain? I type "iptables -vnL" and I see no DNSFILTER chain !

It's in the NAT table

iptables -t nat -vnL
