So ive been trying to get this to work all day but im banging my head against the wall.

2 Locations, 1 work, 1 home.
Work:
Open VPN server on Mikrotik
external: xxx.xxx.xxx.153/30 --> (Tunnel 192.168.20.1 -->192.168.20.2) ---> internal: 192.168.23.240/24 --->Asus N66u 192.168.23.254/24
Home:
Open VPN client on ASUS N66u
external: dynamic --->internal: 192.168.0.1/24
Both ASUS running Merlin FW

If i enable NAT and ALL traffic i can access both LANs from each location
What i want to do though is just route 1 IP through the tunnel (192.168.0.100) and everything else use the normal WAN
Im struggling with the routes as the home gateway is dynamic. Advice on the routes and config would be most appreciated.

So after about 20 hours of tinkering I got it :D
NAT: off
Policy based routing
Source IP: 192.168.0.0/24
Destination IP: 192.168.23.0/24
Inface: VPN

This way only the traffic for .23 subnet goes through the VPN and everything else goes to normal WAN. Then the 1 IP I want firewalled on the mikrotik. I was so focused on 0.0.0.0 all IPs and was so easy in the end :oops:
