Hello,
Recently I have switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 LTSB and I have a deja vu.
On Windows 7, there is problem with downloading over a 1 Gbps line with very low latency.
Microsoft issued a KB https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2675785 which fixed the problem.
Long story short: if you download a file on a very low latency network (1-8 ms) your download speed will be a lot slower then normal.
Windows 7 without the KB = ~15 MBps
Windows 7 with the KB = 110-115 MBps
Now, on Windows 10 I see the exact same behavior, but this time I am unable to find a fix for it.
Anyone else in the same boat and found a solution?
Thank you.
