splunk app for asus-merlin build; any interest out there?

so...i have started development on a splunk app for asus routers (merlin) build. i would like someone else to try it out and possible help me make improvements. it is FAR from complete and the credit has to go to an individual named Kamilo Amir, whom all credit is due. he originally developed an app called "Home Monitor" to be used with Verizon's FIOS routers. i have been converting that into an extremely useful splunk app, that logs inbound/outbound connections and uses Google Maps for details on where specific IP's are coming from. there really are only a couple of commands needed to properly report (from the asus router side). by default, ASUS-WRT doesn't log connections OUTbound. of course this is necessary, because I don't want to be blind if someone (somehow) unfortunately were able to access my home network.

if you're not familiar with splunk....you should be! i am thinking about eventually creating a VirtualBox VM image with CentOS 5.9 running splunk with this app already installed...but that is down the road.

let me know if you are interested in helping me with the development of the app. ideas would be a good start.
