I get
kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:00:0b.0: WARN: Stalled endpoint
in the logs...

searched the forum, found same warning in other's logs, but no conversation about it. What does it mean?

Thanks.

USB 3.0 Error.
Try plugging it in another Port.

This just means your hard disk has spun down due to inactivity and you are now trying to access it. The system spins up the hard disk after this warning and everything works. It is a harmless message.

I have had this on another device and I just plugged into another port, never had it since. have to check if it still spins down. Thanks!
