Stealth Mode n/a in AP Mode?

Hello, first time Merlin user, just installed 380.62_1 today on RT-AC68R and RT-AC3100, both very smoothly.
The AC3100 is in our bedroom running in AP Mode, and I don't see Stealth Mode in Tools (so I can disable the lights). The AC68 is in the kitchen in Routing mode and Stealth Mode is available (but not needed) there.
Can Stealth Mode be enabled on the AC3100 in AP Mode?
