suppress_prefixlength in ip rule is not working

ip rule add table main suppress_prefixlength 0
The command above is not working and adds a rule without suppress_prefixlength.

ip rule
not showing the suffix.
This command is critical to implement custom routing if you want to reuse the old rules.
 
Requires a 3.x kernel or higher. What router model do you have?
 
In theory it is possible as other third party firmwares are running Kernel 4.4 for Broadcom Northstar e.g. Asus AC68U but in practices very difficult without having access to the closed source Broadcom code
 
But you can maybe do it the old fashioned way and just copy all local routes to the other tables :)

Flat out impossible without the full source code.
