Can you tell us more about Synology US role from the standpoint of end user support?

1) Will there be a US phone number to call for support? Can they answer escalated questions or are those referred to HQ?

2) How will exchanges/replacements be handled within warranty for US customers?

3) Are out of warranty repair services available?

1. Telephone support for the US has been available for almost four years - the number is 425-818-0858, and is available M-F, 9A-5P PST
2. Warranty support is handled through the US Support Office
3. If a DiskStation is out of warranty, and requires a hardware repair or service, you may give us a call or contact our support form and we will see what we can do for you.
