System Log - what do these recurring entries mean?

I'm seeing these entries in the system log quite frequently. Can anyone tell me what they mean?

Oct 31 09:20:32 dnsmasq[2476]: failed to create listening socket for 192.168.50.1: Address already in use
Oct 31 09:20:32 dnsmasq[2476]: FAILED to start up


The number in the square brackets is different each time.

Also, there are tons of these entries in the log:

Oct 31 10:02:49 roamast: sta[C8:BD:4D:72:B4:7E] on ap[C8:7F:54:4C:21:94], rcpi is 77 and rssi is -72
Oct 31 10:02:49 roamast: sta[C8:BD:4D:72:B4:7E] on ap[C8:7F:54:4C:21:94], rcpi is 77 and rssi is -72
Oct 31 10:03:00 roamast: sta[C8:BD:4D:72:B4:7E] on ap[C8:7F:54:4C:21:94], rcpi is 78 and rssi is -71
Oct 31 10:03:00 roamast: sta[C8:BD:4D:72:B4:7E] on ap[C8:7F:54:4C:21:94], rcpi is 78 and rssi is -71

Roamast is roaming assistant I think? (Wireless - professional).
 
This shows various wireless devices moving between access points (i.e., primary router and AiMesh nodes) on your network.
