Note that QCA 7500 only uses 2-67MHz AV2 band while BRCM uses, as you pointed out, 2-86.1MHz. This is one of the reasons QCA's PHY AV2 rates are lower than BRCM's.
QCA7500 in SISO mode is quoted by QCA as 600Mbps. The 7500 uses the same bandwidth as the 7400 but QCA says is 500Mbps. The added speed of the QCA7500 is due to AV2 features that increases efficiency--this was missing from the original AS2 profile calculations.
