The N7770 and N8880U are powered by an Intel Core i3-2120 (3.3 GHz dual core) CPU with 8 GB DDR3 ECC RAM (expandable to 32 GB) and 300 W or 400 W power supplies, respectively.

Each NAS supports 3.5” and 2.5” SATA HDDs or SSDs, providing hot-swappable support to maximize uptime. Seven modes of link aggregation are available, letting customer build out load balance and failover configuration while also improving performance.

Ports include six USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, 1 HDMI, 2 Gigabit Ethernet and a VGA out.

The N7770 is a 7-bay desktop model that has a maximum 70 TB capacity and supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 50 and JBOD configurations.

The N8880U is an rack mountable 8-bay model that maximum 80 TB capacity and supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 50, 60 and JBOD configurations.

For data protection, both NAS include thin provisioning, DR replication, snapshots (btrfs only), and backup service for Dropbox, ElephantDrive and Amazon’s S3.

Both, the N7770 and N8880U, are available now with MSRPs of $979 and $1079, respectively.
