I had always used the Time Machine feature on my MacBook Pro by manually hooking it up to an external USB2.0 drive. I figured I'd try hooking the HD up to the USB2.0 port on the ASUS with Merlin firmware and enabled it in the settings. If it makes a difference, the backups are encrypted.
It seems to work but I have noticed quite a few "errors" popping up in the system log. I tried hooking the drive back up to my MBP to Verify/Repair disk but it doesn't seem to find any errors.

I was wondering if anyone has seen similar problems and/or if its something I should be alarmed about?
