Actually i'm in GMT+1 but when i set to GMT+1 the time is one hour ahead, when i set to GMT the time is one hour behind. How can i fix this?

What router? What firmware? Did you recently upgrade the firmware? Did you do a reset to factory defaults and then manually and minimally configure the router to secure it and connect to the ISP?

Did you hard reboot (physically pull the power plug) when set to the proper time zone? Did you reboot and leave it for a couple of hours to see if it would sync?

The automatic time zone code is broken. Either wait until next week when it will be correct or use "Manually set the daylight saving time".

Just set DST change correctly:
