Traffic Manager QoS issue

Hi Im using asuswrt-merlin 380.57 on a RT-AC66U and I really like it.
I have a very limited bandwith and have some problems with the Traffic Manager. Im using QoS type Bandwidth Limiter and have set bandwidth limit on a number of devices and I can enable / disable but Im not able to change the limits for any device or remove any of the devices from the list, how can I do that?
