Solved Trying to set up RP-AX58 as AiMesh Node But disabling wifi

Hi everyone,

I got a problem I think it can not be solved. I tried to find some advanced device and finally bough Asus RP-AX58 but I think I can not do what I need.

I have a mesh at home with main router and one node connected by ethernet and with backhaul enabled.

I need or I think I need to configure the RP-AX58 as a second node but I dont want/can connect it by ethernet, this device should get the wifi from the main net. I could configure this and it is working but I bassically want to disable its wifi emition since I dont need it and I dont want any device to connect to this repeater by wifi, I only want to connect a Brother printer using the ethernet cable.

Is it possible? If it is ... how?

You want to configure it as a "Media Bridge". According to the specs that should be possible.

Okey, my question was really stupid. Media Bridge was exactly the working mode I needed.
