TS-212 vs TS-212-E

Wanting a very simple NAS...
1) mostly to hold backup/shared files with myself and wife
2) good quality product
3) USB 3.0
4) WOL

Do not need/want any kind of Internet access, Smart Phone, Steaming Video/Music, Processing Video/Music... we are retired.

P.S. I have searched every way possible, and I can NOT find any reference to the TS-212-E on SNB.
