Unrelated but I wanted to share my project.

Yes kind-of unrelated to Asus and Merlin fimware, well sort of.

My network at home, 2.5 Gbps all with RT-AX88U Pro router, access points x6, bridges x2 all support 150 IOT devices; but more importantly for me is my model railroad hobby.

My HO scale railroad in a 12.5 square room (3m squared) with a digital controlled layout. Each locomotive has a digital decoder inside, waiting for commands from a digital command controller (DCC)
This DCC is connected to my computer (9-pin serial cable), and connected to the internet.
The lead locomotive on my train has a Wi-fi camera inside, stream video to YouTube, using OBS.

the computer has a server on in for allowing the general public to control the locomotive.

With the aid of a web page ( with graphic user interface ) and the streaming video, anyone can operate the locomotive just like and engineer.

SO....

Its not really related to newtwrking, but it is.
I just want to say thank you to @RMerlin and @ColinTaylor and many other wo have helped out with my nekworking issues which are critical to allowing people to operate model trains over the internet.
Without your support, project like mine could not have been achieved.
