Hi there,
Been a lurker here for a little while and now that my current config is starting to cause me problems I thought it was time to say hi.
Just looking for some advice on upgrading my current config which would be the Airport Extreme (Single band, N capable, gigabit from 2008 or so. Certainly before the spring 2009 version) and an Airport Express (also N capable) for AirTunes.
I'm looking to create a dual band network set up. I know now that the Extreme isn't favourably reviewed here, and with that in mind should I ditch it completely or keep it for 5ghz only?
Need a decent router as an XBox runs constantly and I do a fair bit of downloading. Oh, the network is also extended by the Express just to let you know.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
