URL/IP blocking for select devices

Elegant

New Around Here
Hi, I'm trying to block some update services for a few devices in my house and the easiest way would be to just say something similar to 192.168.1.177 can't connect to google.com (example). What's the easiest way to set this up for the select device? I do not wish the block the address for all devices on my router just one or two. Thanks!

PS: I do have firewall-start running and I figure I'm just not grasping what the correct syntax for this is.
