usb smb sharing has problem on rt-n16 with latest merlin

switched to merlin 376 from tomato. it seems the usb samba sharing has a problem in the latest 376_0 & 376_2. The flag of allowing anonymous sharing is wrong. sometimes you have to set it off to allow anonymous accessing.

btw, I am using it on bridge mode.
