vlan IPTV + internet help

Hi

my isp uses pppoe with Vlan 10 for internet and Vlan 12 for IPTV, everything works except the interactive services on my STB , for this to work i need to have internet on Vlan12 port 4.

this is the switch configuration.
1: vlan1: 1 2 3 8t
2: vlan2: 0 8u
10: vlan10: 0t 8t
12: vlan12: 0t 4

can anyone help me with this?

that's what i have done , the problem is Vlan 12 have no internet.
on my isp router i have all lan ports with internet and iptv , im trying to do the same on the asus on port 4
