Vlan troubles

Hi Guys,

i got a problem. My provider has vlan 34 for internet and vlan 4 for iptv.
So i use the option under lan and that works perfect:

Now there is one cable to a 5 port swith for my tv, macmini, 5ghz wifi spot and the iptv box. iptv box works because there is only vlan 4 on port 4. So how do i get my internal lan (i think vlan 1) and vlan 4 on my LAN port 4.

I know that its only possible on the terminal:

And now the big question what are the correct commands to configurate this?

Select the LAN tab on the left menu and then select the IPTV tab at the top of the screen.
