Voip Application not working when using L2TP VPN Client on 378.54_1

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to figure out what's happening when I activate L2TP VPN... Looks like a port problem... but I'm not sure.

First of all I choose L2TP because it is way faster than OpenVPN (at least for me).
L2TP Speedtest Results: Download - 140mb Upload - 110mb
OpenVPN Speedtest: Download - 40mb - Upload - 40mb

I'm using IpVanish...

The only downside is that we use a Meeting application called "Fuze" and when my L2TP VPN is on, Fuze works with no sound (image runs fine). I searched what ports Fuze uses:

>>>> From Fuze Website <<<<<<
TCP port 80
: HTTP and HTTP-like transactions are using this port to allow egress from customer sites with strict outbound policies. If you have a deep inspection firewall, ensure that this traffic from your clients to the Fuze cloud is not rejected by over aggressive rules as this traffic doesn't always strictly look like HTTP.

TCP port 443: HTTPS, tunneled RTMP, custom TCP, and other TLS encrypted traffic such video in the event that the high-range UDP ports are blocked. Again, packet inspection firewalls should be configured to not discard packets to these ports on addresses within our network block.

UDP ports 50,000-65,535: UDP supporting video conferencing and VoIP. Enable for best video and VoIP performance. If blocked, this traffic will be routed over port 443.
>>>> From Fuze Website <<<<<<

Just to make sure there is not a IPVanish problem, I turned off the L2TP in the router and use it locally in my computer... The meeting is working perfectly... So Looks like it is something related to the L2TP in router (OpenVPN works fine, but to slow).

Maybe my 443 port is blocked in L2TP?

Tks a lot guys... really need some help here
