VPN between Cisco ASA Firewall and RV220W

Hi everyone!

I would like to establish a VPN tunnel site-to-site between Cisco ASA Firewall and RV220W placed in the DMZ behind an ADSL router that no allows to work in 'bridge' mode (this is why we set the RV220W in the DMZ)

Is there any problem to build the VPN because the DMZ?
