VPN Client Policies don't seem to work

I am running two VPN clients with a policy on one for one internal IP and two on the other for two internal IPs. All three end up going out over the first client even when the second is turned off. I did save after setting the policy and made sure that routing is based on the policy.

If I am missing something, sorry but could you point me in the right direction.

Merlin tested it and could not replicate it.
What model router are you using? I'm using a Asus RT-AC68U (I don't know if that is of any consequence, but maybe it is...)

Merlin, can you PLEASE help us out here?

Edit: tried today with RT-AC68U_3.0.0.4_380_1031-ge125efb.trx - same result as before: I can use only one VPN.
Edit2: also tried downgrading to RT-AC68U_378.53_0.trx - makes no difference.

Same here. The policies don't work on 3100 with Alpha 3 or 4
Had to go back to 68 router with older firmware
