VPN DHCP Setting

I was experimenting with the DHCP settings this morning and at one stage I received a warning message that I had set my VPN server to use 10.0.4.90 - 10.0.4.99. I do vaguely remember setting the VPN in that range but I can't now figure out how I managed to do it. It's OpenVPN that I currently have set up. If I did change the VPN IP range at some stage, would I be right in thinking that I would need to export the settings and use the new file to set up the VPN again on any client devices? Note: currently, my DHCP auto range is from 10.0.4.100 - 10.0.4.199 and I have some fixed IP devices starting at 10.0.4.200.

No you won’t need to change config on client devices at all. You can change the private ip range on the server anytime (in advanced settings section) and when the client reconnects the client with pull those server settings and accept whatever local ip address the server assigns it.

I did look in there, but I couldn't see where I had specified the IP range to be 10.0.4.90 - 10.0.4.99.

Maybe you got the message when you changed it from TUN to TAP and selected Allocate from DHCP = No.

I haven't changed any of the VPN settings Colin, but if I change the DHCP, leaving all the VPN settings you see in the screenshot I uploaded, I get this...

Sounds like it might be a bug in the validation logic. Can you SSH into the router and issue this command?
Code:
nvram show | grep 10.0.4.90

EDIT: What do you have set under VPN Server > PPTP > Advanced Settings > Client IP address
