VPN to one IP address

Hi. I want to purchase a network device that does not have the capability of having a VPN app on it (like e.g. Amazon Fire TV). I am trying to figure out the best way to do it. I do not want to run the VPN (I use IP Vanish) from my ASUS RT-AC88U, since then my Netflix and Amazon Prime will not work. I have found a min smart router (https://www.gl-inet.com/products/gl-ar150/) that supports IP Vanish (supposedly), but it seems cumbersome. So, I guess my questions are. 1) is there a way to do it via the ASUS router or 2) is there a switch out there that I can put in front of the streaming device that allows to have IP Vanish VPN on it? So you want a device that specifically prohibits the installation of a VPN app? OK I get it now.

If you run Merlin's firmware I believe you can have multiple VPN clients defined and use policy routing to dictate which devices go through which VPN (or none at all).
