Hi Merlin,

Reporting that on 374.41 I'm getting that message and a disconnect from Rogers Canada, followed by it falling back to Bell Canada, followed by it switching back to Rogers.

I didn't experience this issue on 3.0.0.4.270.26 (15-Mar-2013), the last fully stable build I use for the main connection.

Let me know what else I can provide or if you have any insight on this. I did power down the modems before plugging in the new, fresh out of box router with 374.41 firmware.

Try to isolate the issue by simplifying your setup - disable Dual WAN, and configure just the Rogers connection.

Make sure you leave the Rogers modem off for a good 5-10 mins to fully reset its connection - just a 30 seconds power cycle isn't enough to fully reset a cable connection.

Thanks for the quick response, I'll do that this morning.

The router is an RT-AC66U.

Just following up to say that it is done, I'll see if the same issue occurs during regular use today.

Following up again to say that the issue appears to be resolved. I powered down the Rogers Canada modem for over 10 minutes, brought it back up, and no more issues. In fact, the log has been the cleanest I've ever seen it.

Thanks again for the quick follow up and your hard work on this Merlin!
