My config is as follows:
ISP
Router 2 - Netgear R7000 connected router 1 serving all devices on the home LAN
What I would like to do is have router 1 route all the traffic through WAN 1 at all times except if
Any pointers on how this can be achieved (if at all)

- 1 - DSL WAN (WAN 1) with very high data cap (as good as unlimited)
- 2 - 3G (WAN 2) with small data cap (10GB)
- 3 - 4G (WAN 3) with small data cap (10GB)
