Way to edit Mac address binding?

I have an issue where my dvr is showing as having 3 ips. .102/108/222. It originally had .102 which I manually assigned on the device and did a mac binding. Now I am unable to turn the mac binding off for that device because when I do "toggle" that setting, the IP changes to .222 (the last actual static IP I gave it). Is there a way to "Edit" that static binding behind the scenes or see where the GUI is showing those IPS and delete them? I thought about changing the lease time to a lower setting but I don't believe that would make a difference since they are manually assigned? o_O Thanks!

Edit: Downgraded the firmware to see if it helped/hurt...well the number "3" disappeared but it still wouldn't let me un-assign the mac binding.

If anyone else has this issue I finally resolved it (i hope). Set DVR back to what it was supposed to be, backed up router config. Downgraded my firmware (don't believe this was part of issue but documenting it anyway). Then loaded an old settings config file. Then uploaded recent config and now it shows correctly...weird.
