WD Red Pro drives? Any thoughts on or experience with them?

So apparently there are WD Red Pro drives out now which are suppose to be for home/small office use but the problem is they cost just as much as RE 4 drives... so I'm not sure what the difference with them or advantages are? I know that the RE 4 drives are enterprise NAS type drives so that's what I was going to get to put into the DS412+ I just ordered on Amazon.... now I'm wondering if the Red Pro has anything special I should consider?

For a 4 bay NAS, I would only consider the WD RED's (regular).

What are some reasons you'd suggest those? The reason I'm steering clear of them is due to:

1.) issues many have had with sector reallocation and seeing several reallocation events in the logs
2.) The RE's have much longer warranty
3.) The RED drives are OK for streaming however I'm going to streaming to multiple clients at the same time as well as other work that the drive will be doing which seek times will be important.

I'm open to reconsidering but through what I've read so far, given the things I listed above the RED drives might not be a good option.
