Web UI loading delay in 1 out of 3 AX86U Pro

I bought 3 AX86U Pros to see how they might work out. One, out of the box has a weird lag when loading the web UI. All have the same latest firmware, but the one seems to work fine except for delays when loading the UI on login, each and every time. It also seems to load firmware slower. CPU issue?

Replace the one with issues. Something is obviously different on this unit.

A couple questions:
1) One of the "good" AX86U Pro is showing current CPU temp of 55-56 degrees. The replacement is showing 63-66 degrees. This is with the same firmware, similar configurations, after the devices have settled with no activity. Is it common to have such a temp delta between devices? i wonder if it's a thermal conductivity issue? I have never taken these apart--can they be repasted like computer CPUs?

2) Is there a way to see a mesh node's CPU temp? The link above., when used on the mesh node's IP, redirects to the root node.

Edit: Found this link on the AX86U Pro teardown. It looks like they use thermal tape. Too much of a gap to use paste

No, but reports come quite often. Build quality issues perhaps.

I have never taken these apart--can they be repasted like computer CPUs?

No, they use thermal transfer pads with various thickness and... quality.
