Hi guys.

I know that this has to be super obvious, but I couldn't find what this 'manual rebooting' means.

To me there are 3 types of reboots:
1. power off/on
2. short reset button press -> have pressed it and it doesn't do anything at all
3. on power reset button press -> factory reset

Thanks for the help.

"Manual" could mean anything other that automatic. It really depends on the context and intent of the person making the statement.

Examples of an automatic reboot would be, applying a change in the router's GUI that necessitates a reboot, setting up a scheduled reboot, or a kernel crash. There's probably others that I can't think of off the top of my head.

A manual reboot would include clicking on the "Reboot" button at the top of every page of the GUI.
