from what I read, there's an extra USB port for the AX3000
I would say no differences at all, similar to RT-AC86U and RT-AC2900, exactly the same only various marketing names.

Is the RT-AX3000 router armv7l? Does it have aarch64 capability? I got a new upgrade for the 86u which is now a mesh node.
armv7, not v8. 32-bit only.
