Whitelisting VoIP IP addresses Firewall

New Around Here
Hello

I am having issues with intermitent one way audio problems with VoIP. I am using the latest merlin firmware on a RT-AX82U router thanks to gnutons port. I am using a Grandstream HT801 ATA with an analogue Dect Phone BT8600
I have a FTTP connection that is CGNAT enabled and getting a Public IPv4 IP address is not an option (and should not be needed with a SIP Connection)

I am new to Asus routers and I have read on the website of our VoIP provider that it is strongly advised to whitelist there IP ranges and to open ports 5060 for SIP connections and ports 10000 to 20000 for the RTP Audio to function properly.

I needed to re-enable the "SIP Passthrough" to allow calls to me made from the Voip enabled telephone. "RSTP Passthrough" is still disabled. Upnp IGD & PCP/NAT-PMP also Secure Upnp IGD mode is enabled.

I have read that Asus Merlin uses Iptables. May I please ask how would I edit the Iptables to allow me to whitelist my VoIP Providers IP addresses and to open ports 5060 and ports 10000 to 20000 for a stable VoIP. I cannot do port forwarding because of CGNAT.

Thank you kindly for your assistance in advance.
