I've noted that the 5GHz network will dropped randomly, it will not be searchable and after a short while it will return back, this does not happen on the 2.4GHz network. I thought it was only on my router so ignored it but my family/relatives have also reported the same which are separate routers in different houses (see signature for details) Is this is a known issue or bug or have I configured something that may be causing this?

There is no scheduler enabled and there is only one other 5GHz network from a neighbour on a different channel in the 5GHz spectrum so I don't believe its a conflict and in the case of my family/relative there are no other 5GHz networks nearby.

Try a factory reset, do not load a saved config file and see if the issue still occurs.

I've performed a reset will report back if that has resolved the problem
