Wifi is really slow on my iPhone, are there any optimal wifi settings?

Hello,
I have ASUS RT-N66U router with Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 but I have a problem with wifi speed on my iPhone 6. Router is placed in center of my flat, so I have very good signal in every room but sometimes I can't load pages in Safari on iPhone. I tried restart router, tried restore settings in router and iPhone but nothing helped me.

My MacBook Pro has no problems with wifi, everything works fine and speed is fast.

Here are some screens with settings, maybe I have something bad.
Thank you.

Those settings look fine to me.

Do you have a Wi-Fi profile on the iPhone for the 2.4GHz SSID as well? If so remove (forget) it. It might be flipping between the 2.4 and 5GHz bands.

Set fixed Channel on both 2.4 and 5ghz also set the 2.4 to 20mhz i would also suggest setting dtim intervall to 1 in the professional tab.
