Wifi - slow speeds and 50-60 ping

My desktop pcs are normal on my network but all wifi devices are running much slower

I have 50/25 MBs on fios. While I don't expect speeds to top out like my desktops I also don't expect pings to be so high and stuck at 10.

I've set the router to N only and that hasn't helped. All my devices are N compatible so don't think there is anything on the network slowing things down

Granted I never really bothered checking on my wifi but now that I have a mini htpc in my bedroom using wifi I need to worry about internal speeds or playback will be an issue

Nm. I see it's due to interference from wifis in the area. Trying to get 5ghz going
