Wifi to Detached Garage Apartment

We have a detached garage that's about 300' from our house. It has an apartment above the garage that we are planning on using as an AirBNB.

I want to get wireless signal to the apartment with guest access and the AmpliFi HD has been suggested by one of our friends but I'm wanting to make sure it's not overkill.

I don't care a whole lot about speed as long as it's good enough to stream.

Any suggestions?

There are a number of options you can have here, with either an AP or router in AP mode connected by a cable from the router in the house. This is for the best speed for the streaming options.

I've used Engenius outdoor access points -- ENS202 -- for a couple of similar applications. They're very directional, and can get decent wifi coverage to another structure nicely. I have one that's in a closet at the end of my house that provides my neighbors' house with wifi, works great. And another at a school with an outbuilding that is probably 300' away, also works fine. You can also use them as bridges and re-broadcast, but I haven't had to do that. (They're also very inexpensive.)
