New Around Here
Hi,

I've set up VPN access to a hosted server running Windows Server 2008 R2. We are a small company with 9 employees and the idea is to use the server as a public drive. All employees can connect to the VPN however 2 employees cannot "see" the shared files. When they enter the server name "\\[servername]" in explorer is throws the following error after about 30 seconds:

Windows cannot access \\[servername]
Error code: 0x80004005
Unspecified error

The VPN connection is good because they attract the server IP address when they visit http://whatsmyip.org it shows the IP address of the server.

Any ideas what the problem is?
