Just wanted to share - I knew Klien during my tour at Qualcomm - one of the smartest/kindest engineers one could hope to meet.

sfx2000, thank you for sharing that story with us. Sounds like a man I would have been honoured to meet. So sad too about his daughter and the baby. The mother (and child) to meet such an end at such a young age is tragic, but shows the character of the father.

Yes, indeed... whether it's pioneers on the internet and wireless front, or entertainers - makes me feel old, all of my heroes are dying off...
