XD5 Firewall URL filtering question / options

Hello I have Asus XD5 ZenWifi with up to date standard firmware. I was hoping to add some URL filtering to the firewall but it seems very very limited. For example, if I wanted to filter ".ru" url's it does not appear to work. "." do not seem to function in the setup. Additionally, it does not appear to support, or at least I cannot figure out the syntax that would allow for wild cards.

Any help would be appreciated.
