Zyxel GS1900-8HP Firmware upgrade fail.

Has anyone had this happen? I tried to take the firmware from V1 to V2.. and it now wont allow connection to it thru the web interface, its went back to its default IP address but it wont answer on a ping or nothing... Anyone have any ideas on how in the world to recover from this screw up?

Does it have a factory reset button? Is so, try that. If that does nothing, you'll probably have to RMA it back to the manufacturer.

Thank you, that worked... i had to power it off and let it sit over night for some reason and it answered the next morning when i powered it up after hitting the reset a few times...
