Netgear WG602v3 vs Draytek Vigor 2600VG

hey all, i currently use a Netgear WG602 version 3 access point for wireless networking in the house. i have been given a free Draytek Vigor 2600VG router which i can also setup to use as an access point.

the netgear has a single antenna and the draytek has 2 antennas.

question is, which would be the better one to use and why.

More antennas doesn't necessarily indicate better performance. You should try each one and decide for yourself which provides the better performance.

thanks for the reply, whats the ideal way to test the 2 wifi access points to see what is faster. is there certain benchmarking software out there?
