As far as i know "OpenVPN Client GUI" option, has not been updated to work with current or several back releases of merlin firmware's .
remove option 2 and
Install option "[3] Install OpenVPN Event & x3mRouting.sh Script" from x3mRouting install menu.

the error means you are using wrong parameters .
