    I am looking for some good books that include or focus on the topic of QoS and/or traffic-shaping. There is a large amount of good technical information in academic papers and RFCs but those things take me a while to digest. Something more enjoyable, perhaps giving detailed real-world examples...

    Explanation why switch functionality continues after "halt" command.

    This is simply something I was curious about. I noticed that my wired clients were still able to communicate after running the "halt" command via SSH on my RT-N66U. Any information or guidance to pertinant documentation to help understand this would be appreciated. :)
