RT-AX86U Any way to set up a separate WLAN/subnet (not guest)?

I would like to set up a separate WLAN on the same 5 GHz radio/channel as the main network, where the clients can see each other and can access the router, but they cannot see anyone from the main network and vice versa.

So basically a guest network, except the clients can see each other (but not anyone from outside their SSID and vice versa) and can also access the router.

Is this possible?

This is effectively the same question that is asked here (and in other threads).

You have more choices if you're using Merlin's firmware otherwise for stock you need to modify an nvram setting via SSH.
